My Healing Journey Through Yoga
I discovered the profound connection between yoga and healing while struggling with chronic digestive issues. After years of persistent symptoms and limited relief from conventional treatments, Isought a more holistic approach. Yoga became my sanctuary- a place to reconnect with my body, release stored emotional tension, and paired with mindful nutrition, helped me to improve my digestive and mental health.
My Credentials & Approach
I am a certified 500-hour yoga instructor trained by Gold Yoga Institute and an integrative nutrition coach specializing in gut health through the institute of integrative nutrition (IIN). Since 2020, I have blended my knowledge of yoga, holistic wellness, and nutrition to support others on their journey to healing. My teaching integrates yoga philosophy, mental health, and the interconnectedness of the your body, gut, mind, and soul.
